They say the best things in life come to those who wait, and we believe that to be true. Take for example the wine from which we take our name – Amarone. It is produced from the same grapes as a standard Valpolicella wine, but made extra special with a unique wine-making process called ‘Appasimento’. This technique involves selected, premium grapes slowly drying for 3 or 4 months in lofts until they lose a third of their weight. Only then are they crushed, producing a deliciously concentrated and rich ruby wine.
Why not try this, or some of our other speciality wines, hand selected for you. All of our Amarone wines will be decanted for you at your table. Click here to view our wine list
